Bottle basically exploded after opening. Lost at least 3 ounces on my carpet. No shaking. Kept cold. Thanks, Norway.
Overall a pretty good beer. It has a nice white wine character to it. Lots of grape skin and acetic qualities. Sweet vanilla and oak flavors. Pear and lime zest.
Smooth body. Good carbonation. Drinkable.
Would love to try this again knowing the bottle is going to Krakatoa on me. Maybe give it a proper review.
