Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours deep red with a hint of orange, and a nice off white head. Smells of bright fruit, very autumnal. Tastes of caramelized grain with a hint of bright fruit. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

This is Fox Brothers Craft Brewery of the Month. I picked up the Oktoberfest 4 pack of 16oz. cans and received a fancy pint glass. This is 5.5 abv and an IBU of 17. It started out with one finger of nice tan foam that settled back a bit quickly with very little lacing left behind. This is a dark amber, kind of tough to see the carbonation.
The aroma is sweet bread malt, very noticeable from a distance. The aroma is great.
The flavor starts sweet, then it finishes a little dry with a slight alcohol taste.
The feel is smooth with a silkiness.
This is a fine Oktoberfest, I will search out the Brew House the next time I get to Cedarburg.
