Described as a mexican-style lager brewed with orange and spices, specifically sea salt and chili peppers.
Has a salinity and somewhat sour note from the orange, lime and sea salt, which makes you think of a gose. The smell is delicious, like a tangerine. Crisp mouthful. A golden, typical pale color for a lager, but with a bit of a haze. These are poundable on a hot summers day. Well done, Fermentorium.
