We took our base, carefully knitted imperial milk stout, Sweater Weather, and said this probably needs more sugar character. We doubled up the dark crystal malts and added almost a hundred pounds of toffee to pile on the deep caramel flavors. We invite you to cozy up, take a few sips, and see how it warms you to the cockles of the heart, just like your favorite sweater.

Dark brown, thin layer of foam that fades quickly. Pleasant sweet toffee aroma. Tooth-achingly sweet. Tastes like liquid candy. Too cloying for me, hard to drink 8 oz., let alone a 16 oz. can.
