pours a muddy straw color ... not very lasting head
smell is autumn wood and perfumy hops
taste is creamy, with some hints of raspberry and cheese-cake (although the brew is dry, not sweet)
according to the website this is a bottom-fermented beer, although it rather smells and tastes like a light top-fermented brew
a very unusual lager - definitely worth a try (even though my notes are "average" . it's by no means an average beer ...)
