Nice weizen. Smooth and creamy taste, nice for aperitive.

pours a muddy mustard-colored liquid, not very firm head ....
nose is very yeasty with some notes of orange zest, camomile and elderflower
taste is of light intensity and medium weight, with some notes of sevile orange and toffee disturbed by some varnish like flavors
a rather unusual Weizen, crisp dryness and slightly bitter, lacking the more typical exotic fruityness
interesting for a try, but hardly any contender to a traditional bavarian Weisse ....
