Smokey chocolate aroma and taste. Finishes with a nice bitter spicy finish. An excellent beer.

On tap at brewery;
For a borderline regular strength stout, this one isn’t too bad. Somehow it manages being a little sweet and a little thin, as its minor detractions. The nose is quite nice, chocolate, brownie, and dark roast coffee. If the coffee played in more, it’d be at least a notch higher. Little more cocoa nib in the flavor, the coffee notes come in as a weaker brew late. Basically, the nose loses a little something working to the taste, but it is mostly in the back end. Overall, pretty good.

On tap at Hudson Brewing Company in Hudson, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy coffee, roasted malt, licorice, and some chocolate.
The "Mexican" aspect of the coffee here is lightly expressed, with just a touch of spice. It's mostly roasty, with a touch of vanilla and licorice earthiness.
This is definitely a touch thin, but it's nicely creamy and very drinkable, a nice smoothness.
I'd want a bit more boldness and thickness here, but the coffee flavor is nonetheless very tasty.

Hudson Brewing Company "Tainted Senorita"
on tap at the brewery on 1 September 2018
Notes: "Mexican Coffee Stout". Black body beneath a creamy dark tan head. Excellent head retention and lacing. Smells like coffee, tastes like coffee! It's chocolatey, roasty, coffee-like, and gently spicy in the end. Medium bodied to medium-full and creamy smooth. Very nicely balanced and rounded. Quite enjoyable.
