Brewed with 100% NY grown and malted barley and wheat this hazy IPA features Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops. Look for citrus and tropical fruit notes with piney undertones.

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short frothy white head that left a collar around the edge and a lacy web of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of grapefruit, mango, and pine are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of floral, grapefruit, mango, stone fruit, and pine, with the latter being most noticeable in the finish. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the taste of this beer to be quite complex and had a lot of different flavors from the different hops that were used.
