Pours a faint straw with no head. A little bit of banana and clove but not much. This is a less than average attempt at a Hefeweizen

There’s some hints at a traditional Hefe here, but in my opinion, this needs some work. To me, it’s more of plain wheat ale. Down sides: lack of head retention on the pretty appropriately hazed body and a lack of a softer edge to the light feel. There’s some Hefe yeast notes, but also a citrus (orange) tang a little bit like a Belgian wit. It’s not an unenjoyable brew, but for the style, it seems a bit weak.
