Poured a clear yellow gold into a nonic pint glass with a one finger white head. Lots of bubbles stream to the surface. Aromas and flavors of lemongrass, white pepper, spices, hay, and a white-wine like quality as well. Mouthfeel is effervescent and light. Very drinkable saison.
