A medium bodied brew fermented on a layer of fresh peaches and apricots. This beer has a slightly sweet honey malt character with a farmhouse kick.

Bottle from Greg and Jane's
Pours a hazy deep yellow with a small bubbly white head that fades quickly. Lemony spicy rustic nose with hints of orange and earth. Orange and marmalade flavor with some faint sweet bread and bits of earth and spice. Somewhat under carbonated for a saison which makes it feel a touch sweet, but still a very tasty beer!
