I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: rich, deep dark brown hue with a thin layer of tan foam. Not much head, but good color.
Smell: dry and roasty, but a bit on the mild side. Not bad, but a little low-volume.
Taste: a nice, dry, roasty stout. Light in intensity, but quite traditional in makeup; not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: it drinks way below its 7.2%, I'll give it that. Overall it's pretty mellow, but it is a good beer altogether.
