A flavorful, piney, and juicy Northwest Pale dressed up nicely in a hazy orange jumpsuit. Aromatic snippets of tangerine, kumquat, and apricot blossom through this mix of Pacific Gem, Chinook, Cascade, and Mosaic hops.

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.

Appearance: hazy rich orange hue with a thin layer of ivory foam. Great color, more head would be better.

Smell: lightly fruity hops; uncomplicated, but nice.

Taste: rich, dank, fruity, sweet hops atop a lightly sweet malt background. I really like the fruitiness, although the dankness provides a bizarre counterpoint which I cannot figure out whether is successful or not. I am going to go with ... successful.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a huge and well-integrated carbonation; it's creamy and delightful!

Overall: a fruity, weird and strangely compelling pale ale. Kind of like an indie film; it'll never be a blockbuster, but it should develop a good following.
