This Big Double IPA packs a potent punch of four pungent hop varieties. Knock-out notes of tropical grapefruit, mango, and pine sit atop a sturdy copper malt body. Strong and hop heavy.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a six sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that left some lace. The scent had citrus and bittering hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp semi sweet malt base with citrus, hints of pine and bold finish hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

On draft at brewery, in tulip glass
Nice orange golden hue, white head with lacing. Big aroma - citrus, mango. Medium bitterness, a touch of honey like sweetness. Sticky mouthfeel, medium bodied.

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: dark orange with plenty of haze and a thin layer of creamy ivory foam.
Smell: mildly citrusy and dank hops. There's a little sweetness too; overall a bit light for a DIPA.
Taste: sweet with a healthy-enough dose of citrusy hops. Not overly bitter, but appropriate enough for the style. Overall, not too bad, though probably a bit too tame for some.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: not a bad beer, but frankly I'd like a little more out of a DIPA.
