Bright in color, medium bodied, and piquant. Fragrant hints of banana, clove, and coriander highlight this incredibly enjoyable abbey-style Belgian beer.

Had on tap. Orangey amber clear body with a white ring and webbing. Smell lets the belgian yeast shine, filling the nostrils with esters, lemon, pear, banana, phenols, coriander, clove, bread dough and flowers. Tastes as it smells, but lighter has hints of toast to the bread dough now. Reminds me of some American made belgian golden ales. Feel is soft, light, yeasty but in a complimentary way, and clean for style. Best beer of the bunch at the brewery. The wife liked it

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: rich, clear golden hue with a thin layer of foam atop. More head would be good but otherwise it's quite attractive.
Smell: toasty, sweet and with a little bit of pear aroma. Kind of autumnal.
Taste: toasty, floral and a little fruity with a fairly high dose of sweetness. It's kind of like a sweet bière de garde. I usually prefer something a little lighter, but this is really quite nice indeed.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and decent-enough creaminess.
Overall: an interesting, toasty take the on the style. Maybe a bit of the sweet side, but worth trying.
