Deliciously hazy, fragrant IPA. Easy to pick up the tangerine and pineapple notes. Pleasantly smooth aftertaste. Definitely going for a second.

a murky ipa with a unique hop profile but a but of green bite to it, some heaviness, and a slightly over hopped and sloppy vibe overall, i could not drink more than one of these easily, it sits big in the belly and sharp on the palate, but at the same time, i didnt dislike it. the nose has a cool hop on it, some pine and some spiciness, a northwestern cascade type thing going on, but thats not all, there is also quite a bit of fruitiness too, pineapple and orange predominantly. the flavor isnt as brightly hoppy as the nose, its more just bitter and intense on the tongue, green for sure, the taste of pellets on the swallow and kind of long lasting in that way, not totally flattering, but it is nice to have some hop intensity on the bitter side in one of these hazy ones. the beer overall just seems a little sloppy to me, especially for a place that is so busy and big and appears to have been around awhile, like they should have this come across a little more professional. fortunately, i liked the other beer i had in here better than this one. not awful, but its a bit out of balance...

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery in the Market Front.
Appearance: medium orange hue with plenty of haze. A layer of white foam head leaves a nice lace on the glass; a nice looking IPA.
Smell: lightly citrusy aroma; well-composed, but the volume could be turned up a little.
Taste: a balanced hop flavor on this one: citrusy, fruity, a little piney, and not too bitter. Quenching and delightful.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess. Quite good for the style.
Overall: I like this beer a lot. It has good flavor and is darn quaffable.
