Minimal, off-white head. Clear, medium dark auburn/chestnut look. Light amount of a tiny spiced, woody medium heavy toasted malt smell, with a hint of caramel. Very pleasant surge of medium bodied, barley malt sweetness, then a bit of woodiness, which is where the sweetness begins to fade. Finishes with a good blend of caramel, wood and a touch of allspice. Recommended.
