I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a globe glass.

Appearance: rich golden-yellow hue with a nearly clear body and a thin layer of white foam atop.

Smell: slightly sweet malt aroma with a dash of graininess. Not bad at all.

Taste: grainy malt flavor with a bit of yeastiness and kind of a dry, astringent finish. It’s good, but, and I know this is a rare thing for me to say, could use a skosh more sweetness — as in the aroma.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: the crisp bitterness and relative lightness make this thing super drinkable (even if I’d like it just a hint sweeter).

Had on tap. Clear pale golden body with a white cap and thick lacing. Aromas of biscuit, malt and pale yeast with faint old world hops. Taste starts the same with the biscuit and yeast, but the malt is very sweet for the style, and has hints of macro bloating, grassy hop finish is a whisper. Feel is malty and brighter for style, lacks definition with malt and yeast interaction, malt just plows on through the palate. Very simple export
