bottle into glass
Collaboration with Ravenna Brewing. Aged in bourbon and peated whiskey barrels.
A little ring of tan head at edge of glass. Very thick pour. Nearly black in color. Thick, spiced toffee/caramel aroma with a hint of butterscotch. A little bit of sharpness, due to the bourbon and peat barrel aging, during the taste. Flavors are a combination of dark roasted, bourbon and toffee, but not sweet. By the way, there is a very palpable boozy presence throughout most of the taste period. The finish has a bourbon and toffee note to it.
