Bought at Beer Star in Seattle, WA. ~4 or 5$ for a 16oz can. Canning date 09/09/22; consumed 10/06/22. Poured into a 16oz pint glass.
A&S: Foamy head with good lacing. Muddy burnt yellow beer. Chucks of unfiltered elements. The aroma is stronger than most hazy IPAs and consists of pine, peppery spice, and some tropical elements.
T&M: Unlike the smell, the first part of the taste is more hazy-like, it is heavy on tropical fruits (mango and pineapple). The finish is piney and earthy. More bitterness than most hazys, but still refreshing. Alcohol is not tasted but felt with the beer. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body.
Overall: Fantastic beer. Even though I marked this as a Ravenna beer, this is a collaboration between Ravenna and Ruse. Nice work. Hope to try more of their beers in the future. I picked up 4 beers on my trip to WA (Mirage Brewing company and a Fremont brew), this has been the best so far.
