Pours a clear yellow with plenty of foam in the Timmermans goblet. Spritzy on the tongue. Crisp and very slightly malty-sweet. Aroma of peach and alfalfa. Flavor is a subtle fruitiness with nectarine, dry pineapple, and a lemony touch. Mineral finish, like a dry white wine, plus a moderate bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a more restrained kind of hoppy brew and highly drinkable. Hops are listed as Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
