This is a special-edition brew made to honor WWII veterans. Each can features a picture of an Iowa WWII vet, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the beer are distributed to veterans' groups. The beer itself isn't too bad, either. Poured from a 12-ounce can into a lager flute, the pale golden-colored body is capped by a two-finger white head that settles after only a few moments. Light bready malt, with grassy hop aromas. Light bodied, a little sweet, a touch of bitterness. Pretty decent beer, and a little more depth of flavor than I was expecting. Not to mention that your purchase helps our veterans. Cheers, guys and gals, and thank you for your service!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
