i liked some of the beer in here, but this really needs work. its samey and simple for one, but its amateur or even flawed if i am being fully honest, it tastes cheap and in need of some serious attention to detail. it starts off okay when its cold, certainly light in body and without a whole lot of hops or anything, but its lightly detergent-esque already, and past floral, like they fermented this too warm or too short for a lager, or both. its also flat, which, taste aside, just isnt acceptable in this style, it needs to sing, and anything short of that is under carbonated for the style, at least for me. subtle white grape and peach, but this doesnt seem intentional, its certainly not from the hops, and the lagering just seems to have gone wrong. a little wet towel, a little newspaper, and a little astringency. my homie liked it better than me, and i actually struggled with the final half the glass, soapy and cheap and thin and off. i appreciate that these guys are still figuring it out, but in its current form, this is a miss for me...
