Grunt fill from Albertsons. Flat, milky pour. Thick consistency.. Sweet aroma of toffee and caramels. Taste continues the sweet nature, adding some gentle apple notes, that seem out of place. A different taste for sure, but comes off a bit off kilter.

Poured from growler into a straight sided pint style glass.
A: deep ruddy hue with beige two finger head. Head hangs on for quite some time and recedes to wispy disk about 2 mm thick.
S: malty and floral, gentle hop notes mobile in nature.
T: not the most aggressive red ale I ever had, but it definitely has a 'pocket', a groove if you will....never offensive. Enough to keep ya interested, not over the top to make you want to put it down.
M: slight chalkiness, fuller end of medium. Outbreath is malted milk balls, caramels.
O:. Like it very much. Finely balanced red ale. Worth a try.
