L: Brilliant red under a 1/2" foam cap with fair retention.
S: Mild hibiscus scent with light saison yeast character and some light malt in the background.
T: Medium sweet hibiscus is the main player but receives support from the saison yeast and has a touch tart from the hibiscus.
F: medium body and medium carbonation.
O: This is a flavorful, refreshing beer but i would like to see more saison yeast character.
