Billed as a pastry sour with a mixture of blackberries, blueberries and raspberries with a chocolate malt backing.
L-Brown colored...small tan head
S-Not sour on the aroma...milk chocolate mostly...
T-A solid berry like sourness comes through on the flavor but nothing funky....backed by the milk chocolate like maltiness. Just like a lot of more sour berries rather than sweet ripe berries and a dusting of milk chocolate.
F-Medium bodied....tart
O-Interesting. Well done for what it is designed to be. I think it would be better with some riper fruit flavors but then you'd miss out on some of those tart notes probably,.
