Mexican lager. In keeping with tradition, we brewed this with a blend of Munich malts and a splash of flaked corn in the mash. To break from tradition, we lightly hopped this one with New Zealand Motueka both for bittering and aroma. In the glass you can expect a nice malt forward slight sweetness with just a bit of a dried citrus peel coming through from the hops. Clean lager yeast and soft water rounding things out makes this a great crusher.
