No canning date, but I know it is relatively fresh.
L: Pours a milky dull yellow in color. Totally opaque, zero clarity. Little head with minimal lacing. Looks like a juicy haze boi.
S: Very sweet on the nose, with fruit aromas of stonefruit and melon.
T: Also rather sweet. Honey flavor is dominant, with flavors of nectarine, apricot, cantaloupe, grapefruit, lemon and tangerine. Flaked oat breadyness also tasted, adding a nice foundation to the flavor profile.
F: Medium-ish in body with seemingly heavier weight. The beer feels full and soft with a nice creamy texture. Carbonation is on the lower side of moderate. Booze is head fairly well for this beer, with just a nip at the finish.
O: A great beer honestly, and the best I've had from Unsung thus far. I would drink again, and I would encourage others to try. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!
