Beautifully hazy, dark lemon-yellow brew, topped with a strong head with excellent retention and lacing.
Nose is fairly mild: honey, flowers, lemon, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, oregano, mint. Excellent aroma, if a bit restrained.
Big and thick on the palate, with tons of juice, pine, and mild to moderate dankness. Seems like the bitterness is very low. Mango, papaya, mandarin orange, lemon, resin, mild pepper, honey; berry finish.
Soft on the palate, but with a lot of sting; the more you allow it to sit, the more it burns. Still, soft and lively, a good balance for the big body. I would be shocked if this wasn't brewed with oats, wheat, lactose, or a combination thereof.
