Brief notes: Sort of a farmhouse lager, brewed with pilsner malt, unmalted wheat, and Hallertau hops.
On tap at the brewery, served in a Teku. Nearly clear, pale gold liquid with two or three magnolia fingers up top; rocky lacing, good retention.
Lovely brett. aroma, distinctive and peppery with white wine/mineral-laden notes and hints of unripe stone fruit.
Clean, almost crackery base beer with a gentle tartness, low bitterness, and light funk throughout. Finishes dry with faint lemon pith notes. Excellently crafted, and very refreshing.
Light-bodied, somewhat effervescent with a suitably low ABV.
One of my favorites from this brewery - dryer than the loquat infused version which I also had the good fortune to sample during my visit.
