500 ml bottle and beautiful label struck me off the shelf, and always glad to see a new Belgian inspired beer these days, but nothing about the look, taste or feels particularly struck me. Hope to see future efforts from this brewery.

Have a found a new Belgian-inspired friend?
This is my first from Third Window. No description on UnTappd and only 3 Check-ins this month. So I'm probably drinking a preliminary recipe, possibly the first release to get into cans. Blond also has no description on Third Window's website; indicating to me that a slightly different recipe for a Blonde is in the works. But my speculation is less important than how they can improve this Blond.
Unfortunately, I drank this while preparing dinner and took no notes. (So I'll give a longer review later, if I find this Blond again.) What stands out from American micros who dabble in Belgians is that Third Window understands how the yeast brings on the fruit. Blond was also gentle with the appetisers and with the dinner; making me really want to find her a second time.
8/10/25 Found a 4-pack; so I should test the range of foods that Blond helps. Tonight was an easy pairing; pesto on pasta. Blond cut thru the olive oil and lubricated my mouth as I put lots of Parmesan on the pesto. There seem to be more hops than I remember from the initial can, so I next should pair this Blonde more with American fare. Only a slight change in rating for Feel as this Blonde is medium-mouthed.
As for a micro-review of Third Window, I'm going to wait on that also since I really want to find their other Belgian-inspireds.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
