Pulled from the fridge and out of the can at Provisions in Orange, CA.
I have to be honest, and it shouldn’t be this way - but the name of this brewery is kind of affecting my fondness for it (or lack there of). It’s like a girl with the name Gertrude; it doesn’t matter how hot she is, her name is still Gertrude. And what we have here is a beer by the generic State Brewing, and it’s simply called “Lager.”
So yeah, outside of that small issue, it’s an ok beer. Clean Lager flavors with a bit of malt liquor fruitiness in the end that I’m not really fond of, but it’s not that bad.
