Had on tap. An average sour saison with a finish that thins out. This is a shame because it had a lot going in the beginning of the taste with apple, pear, peach, lemon and a robust funky yeast. Feel thins a little too but not to same degree.

From a 750 ml bottle to a tulip glass.
A-The beer is quite clear on the first and second pours from the bottle. Color is light golden and attractive. A short white head fades immediately to a thin cap that soon dissipates. No lacing is left behind, but a few lazy bubbles of carbonation make their way up through the beer.
S-The aroma is moderately tart on first sniff with flavors of red apple and pear, as well as some lightly funky vinegar acidity. A little bit of doughy yeast also mixes in with a very faint whiff of dried grassy hops.
T-The taste is less tart than the smell would lead one to believe. A doughy/bready malt flavor with hints of honey sweetness combines with tree fruit notes like pear, apple, and maybe even some peach. The dried grassy and straw flavors are a little more noticeable on the palate.
M-The body is medium to light in heft. Carbonation is fine and active on the palate. Very drinkable.
O-This beer may not please those looking for strong flavors, but it drinks really easily. It is not Casey, but I would definitely drink more of this if I was looking for an mellow saison to sip on.
