An elegant, quintessential bock which pours clear with no head or lacing, minimal carbonation, but surprisingly thick mouthfeel. Nose offers up nice toffee, caramel malts flavors, and the flavor follows suit with a faint toasty quality. Just the right combination of richness and medium-dark lager smoothness. Only a hint of bitter hops appear on the back end. Totally enjoyable and easy to come back to.
