On tap at brewery:
Pours with a light, unfiltered haze, as expected. Fair white fluffy head fades but is visibly sustained as a medium collar with splotches of lacing.
Nose has a mix of grain, grass, and a little sulphur hint. Taste is more bready up front with a fairly bitter grassy backing. Prickly carbonation leaves a tingle even after the beer exits down my gullet.
A bit aggressive on the grassy hops, which doesn’t bother me as much as the slight metallic note in the end. Fair enough beer, overall.
