My second favorite beer out of nine sampled. This is a beautiful beer: a medium dark brilliant red with an off-white head. The smell is not promising - sweet and maraschino cherry-like. Thankfully the taste is much better; not cloying, dark cherries as advertised, with low to moderate tartness and a slight wheaty aftertaste.
