Poured from a can into a weizen glass.
Appearance: Super dark, with a medium brown head that disappears quickly. Visible sediment at the top of the glass, along with large open bubbles. Strange looking.
Smell: Kind of unpleasant -- wet leather, stewed dark fruit, burnt cocoa.
Taste: Better than the smell, luckily. Dark but not too intense. Burnt sugar, roasted malts, very dark fruits. Hints of vanilla and chocolate.
Feel: Medium-bodied and appropriately carbonated.
Overall: It tastes fine but it's got some rough edges.
