Draft pour into a tulip pint glass.
L: Brilliant gold pour, one inch stark-white head, creamy foam has good retention.
S: Light toasted barley, not much else.
T: Clean lager, toasted malt, has an earthy flavor, moderately bitter floral hops.
F: Medium-weight body, moderate carbonation, somewhat creamy alongside a mild crisp feel.
O: Good but the sharp floral bitterness on the back is more pronounced than I like in a Festbier.
