Dessert First Pretzel Turtle

Poured moderately hard from a tall can into a snifter glass, forming a finger of tan head that soon faded to a heavy ring of lacing. A little bit of sweet roasty malt smell, pretty subtle. The taste is quite impressive, very much like a slightly salty chocolate pretzel. Not too sweet and medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. I'm very impressed by this first stout from Mustang Sally.
