This Kölsch-style beer is easy-drinking, crisp and bright with a floral hoppiness and a slight white grape/white wine character from the yeast.

Liter growler because I was needed at home. Poured into a stange.
Light perfectly clear gold color. Clouds of fine white head. Profuse spotty lacing.
White grape, floral, graham cracker aromas.
White wine, green apple, light lemon flavors.
Light body, crisp, smooth feel.
A liter goes down like water. Great beer.

Pours a golden colour with substantial, creamy white foam. This sticks around for a while. The beer laces beautifully throughout the glass.
Aroma is appropriately delicate, featuring both a low floral & herbal hop aroma as well as a low malty sweetness. The flavor follows suit, with moderate hop bitterness and a semi-dry finish. This is a well-rounded beer.
Medium carbonation, medium-low body, incredibly drinkable. Puts a smile on my face.
