Crowler from the Swamp Cabbage parking lot

Lovely pristine clear gold color, 2 cm. white head, spotty lacing, continental surface cap.
Inviting floral, apple, bread and hay, backed by deep yeast, light pear aromas
Pear, vanilla, cut grass, light mineral water, light citrus flavors
Light hop bitterness hitting the tongue, no alcohol, relatively low carbonation.
This crowler was slightly lighter in color, had less carbonation and had a dryer finish than the beer that I had on tap at this brewery’s Bockbier release, which may be due to differences in perception, indoor versus outdoor, etc. Still very delicious and should become a Spring tradition.
