Poured from a crowler there is scant tan head, dark brown with mahogany highlights. Bread aroma with light smoke, mineral note, light floral hops. Taste has brown bread, light but noticeable smoke, mineral note, light hop spice, ginger flavors. Light bodied, low carbonation, easy drinking. A slight bitter smoke aftertaste lingers.
