From Bierkeller "Leichtbier -- Light lager in the tradition of Czech 10°; 3.9% ABV"
Poured from a crowler into a pilsener glass.
Perfect golden clarity. Scant white head that disappeared quickly.
Pleasing pie crust, yeast, grassy aromas.
Delicious apple, pepper, light floral, pale malt flavors.
Slight hop tingle. Nice dry finish. Good depth of flavor for the ABV.
I was looking for a light lager, it delivered.
