Enjoyed a .5L pour while visiting the brewpub with Da Boss on 9-10-25 for $7.00.
The brew presented beautifully in a dimpled stein with a big billowy head. Nose was crackery and bready. The taste was more bread like with a more earthy finish that herbal. Was very balanced; 5/10 on my bitterness scale. Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and smoother than refreshing. Overall, a nicely made brew!
