L: Had this beer on-tap at Capital Ale House - Midlothian, poured into a tulip glass. Had a bright, golden yellow color and a clear consistency. There was an inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. OK lacing.
S: A decent, sweet aroma of light fruit, Belgian-style yeast, and malt.
T: Tasted of a surprisingly small amount of Belgian-style yeast, a little bit of malt (mostly in the finish), citrus fruit (lemon, especially), and light spices (a little pepper). A very solid flavor that's light and airy. It's not exactly what you might call complex, but it is pretty tasty.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a slightly slick finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: This is a solidly made, easy to drink saison. Good for hot summer days.

Bought on tap at Q's BBQ restaurant on Hull Street road in MIdlothian Va on 8/20/17! Creamy milky texture with lemon zest aroma's! Absolute delightful taste with the BBQ Sandwich I had! Yum! Only 5.4% abv and 18 ibu's! Definite crusher and light enough to have a few throughout the night! Better to have with food to complement it! Recommend highly! Steam bell is on the rise! Drink locally and enjoy the rest of the summer! SEH
