So ok, first off, the name is bulshit. Even if you put more hops than you usually do or dry hop your beer, it doesn't make it an ipa.
Anyway this grisette shows some classical dupont yeast character puts in good place with a nice resinous, herbal and weedy bitterness from the hops. There must be some wheat in this one as bubblegum notes are quite present.
