A: Pours with a light hazed straw/yellow color. A small white head forms and recedes to nothing in a second. Light lace is left behind.
S: An odd plastic aroma. Some kind of citrus zest, no wheat character what so ever. I can't come up with anything else. Is this from some kind of homebrew kit?
T: Artificial and medicinal tasting. Plastic..I guess phenols? Can citrus zest taste artificial, cause that is what this is. What the hell happened to any wheat?
M/O: A light body with moderate carbonation. Thin, watery, nothing pops, and is just a big old blah. Not something I would come back to again.
It is hard to have this many questions raised about a single and simple offering. I just don't get what I am tasting, and what the final product is suppose to be? Not any wheat ale, generic American version, or otherwise, that I can tell.
