This beer is light in color but big on flavor with both fruity and earthy notes.

I tried this on tap at the brewpub served chilled in a pint.
The color is golden with thick haze and thin white head with avg bead. The smell is fruity with some banana esters and slight herbal odor possibly hops. The feel is okay but not the best as it is a little sweet for my taste and the carbonation could be higher- basically fits but seems underattenuated.
The taste is good - the yeast is the main flavor with some tropical fruit that follows the aroma with some mild tannin and gentle vinous elements yet the malt flavor gives some sweetness there is a phenolic element and hint of green herb with low spice and semi light finish which is surprisingly dry. Overall this is an okay beer, not great -passable for the style yet not as crisp as it could be with low hops and yeast flavor with a green quality throughout. I would say this needs work to be better than just your average saison
