Colour: straw-coloured, slightly cloudy, a bit of a bad association but ... White foam, compact and massive, unfortunately reducing in size it leaves only a slight trace on the glass.
Aroma: just as the label says, lilac blossom, plus, of course, smoke and unfortunately a lot of sweetness. The smokiness is the same as we are used to from the Grodzisk Wielkopolski Brewery, i.e. light and subdued.
I am slightly disappointed with the taste, and I am not referring to the specific flavour of lilac, because you have to like it anyway.
I don't mean the specific taste of lilac, which you have to like anyway, but the excessive sweetness, which is unbearable and omnipresent. The smokiness is, as always, delicate, but unfortunately too much covered by the sweetness.
Bitterness: not perceptible. Saturation high, it fits.
