L: Had this on-tap at Fine Creek, poured into a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A decent aroma of hops, light, tropical fruit, and Belgian yeast.
T: Tasted of a mild bit of brettanomyces (present throughout), a decent amount of hops (not too much, some light citrus notes (lemon), and some tropical fruit (pineapple). An interesting, if not wholly successful flavor. It's not overly hoppy (like most Belgian IPAs - let alone a DIPA), but the yeast and fruit play well together.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a dry finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Not a bad beer, but kind of uneven. It's worth a look, though.
